Free terms of use
Version dated 15 October 2026. Fixelio authorizes you to install and use Nayelo free of charge for personal use on compatible Macs and to share the intact package with its notices. There is no Nayelo purchase, subscription or activation key. This permission does not transfer intellectual-property rights or restrict rights granted by third-party licenses or law. Modified versions must not be presented as endorsed by Fixelio.
The app requires macOS 27 and Apple silicon. Local features depend on Apple Intelligence availability; external services depend on your accounts, their terms and your permissions. You may export your data and stop using the app without remote deregistration. Changes to terms do not retroactively remove acquired rights. Updates are offered through Fixelio distribution channels; no paid service level or permanent provider availability is included.
Mandatory liabilities and guarantees apply when their legal conditions are met. Free distribution and possible AI mistakes do not create a blanket exclusion of liability. Complaints or security reports: Contact@fixelio.fr. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Applicable rules determine competent courts; no exclusive Paris jurisdiction is imposed.
Responsibilities
Nayelo is a hub providing access to several AI engines. Responses are generated by the selected engine using your request and the context supplied by Nayelo; Fixelio does not individually write or validate them and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or suitability. Check information and proposed actions before relying on them. Fixelio’s and providers’ respective liabilities are determined by applicable law and the relevant contracts. This notice does not exclude any legal liability of Fixelio for Nayelo’s operation, its own instructions or its actions, nor impose liability on providers beyond their legal obligations.
Components
Redistributed component notices are retained: Codex (Apache 2.0), NOTICE and Ratatui (MIT), available below. Removing activation does not remove these licenses. No Apple model or framework is redistributed.
Support
The app sends no automatic diagnostics, logs, conversations or statistics to Fixelio. If you voluntarily contact support, Fixelio processes your contact details and message to answer you, based on its legitimate interest in providing support. Fixelio and its Microsoft 365 mail provider can access these exchanges. Fixelio’s privacy policy details recipients, transfers and retention: unanswered-follow-up enquiries are limited to three years after the last exchange, subject to legal obligations. Support contact is optional and does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
